PURPOSE:To display an image with little deviation of time by controlling the scanning procedure so as to obtain alternatively a tomographic image data and a two-dimensional blood flow image data on each of a plurality of scanning lines in a region of concern. CONSTITUTION:At first, a B-mode tomographic imaging is performed in a displaying region DI being left to a region of interest ROI and then, four scanning lines each on a color Doppler mode and the B-mode are alternatively performed in the region of interest and finally, the B-mode is performed in the right displaying region DI. In this case, in the region of concern ROI, nine shots of ultrasonic beams each by four lines in one direction are transmitted and first eight shots are used for the color Doppler mode and the remaining one shot is used for the B-mode. In this case, in the color Doppler mode, eight shots PRF of each scanning lines have a frequency of TCX4 and a blood flow speed with a low speed can be detected. The PRF between the adjoining scanning lines has a frequency of TC. As a color Doppler image and a B-mode tomographic image are alternatively obtd. on each of a plurality of scanning lines, deviation of time between two images is little and the images are synchronously moved and deviation is decreased. |
