PURPOSE:To display an identification number by a simple operation without increasing so much the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION:An input means 11 generates an input data signal (a1) from a remote control signal from a remote control device and input data inputted by a key input operation, etc. In the case the input data signal (a1) from the input means 11 shows a display request of an ID number, a control microcomputer 12 supplies a display control signal (g1) for displaying the ID number shown by stored ID number data (f1) to a display means 17. The display means 17 is provided on the front panel of the satellite broadcast receiver, allows a light emission diode to be subjected to turn-on control by the display control signal (g1) for displaying the ID number, and displays the ID number. In such a way, the identification number can be displayed by a simple operation without increasing so much the manufacturing cost. |
