The damp cloth attaching/detaching device includes hinges formed on one end of a main body and cover, a cover which is elastic by a spring and installed on a pin pivot and stant on the main body, a fixture set on one side of cover interior wall with a pin, axle supporting parts inserted into the fixture, and a lever set on the other side of cover interior wall for connecting the cover to the main body, thereby facilitating an exchange of the damp cloths and a control of the machine.
