This is a device which can easily be coupled to the arms 8 and 9 of a conventional metallic structure 10 belonging to a tractor vehicle 11. It comprises a frame 1 which is hooked up to the aforesaid arms 8 and 9 and which incorporates tubular shafts 17 and 18 which can rotate by means of individual hydraulic motors, two arcuate supports 30 and 31 being coupled to said shafts, the curvature of which supports coincide with the profile of the tree 14 from which it is desired to collect the olives. To this end, these supports have vibrator elements 36 connected by means of cables or struts 41, one of the ends of which is hooked up to springs whilst the other end is hooked up to crank shafts 44 for generating the alternating movement of said vibrator element 36. Thus, the two arcuate supports 30 and 31 will sweep or cone over the entire outer surface of the tree where the majority of the olives are located. <IMAGE>
