A combustion emission reduction device (18) is capable of processing fuel prior to combustion in associated combustion devices such as internal combustion engines (10) in a manner so as to reduce harmful emissions and improve combustion efficiency by delivering processed fuel, which is capable of cleaner and more complete combustion, to the combustion chamber. The device (18) operates by using pressure releases, heating, chilling, turbulence and pressure to process fuel. In one embodiment the device (18) comprises a plurality of housings (20, 34, 40) into which fuel passages (16, 17) are connected and which have perforations (99) for expanding fuel, passages (82, 84) for circulating air, and passages (52, 54) for circulating engine coolant.
|
