A foot sole massage device (100) includes units (50) releasably connected together to form a track which allows people to walk thereon to have their foot soles massaged by pebble-like projections (15, 16) on each of the units. Each unit includes a rectangular, flat, hollow body defining a sealed interior space (11) therein to be inflated by air. The flat body has an upper surface having a plurality of pebble-like projections uniformly distributed through out the surface. The hollow body is made of a resilient and slightly inflatable material so that by being inflated, the interior pressure is adjusted to provide an adjustable rigidity to the body. The pebble-like projections which may be different-sized deflect and deform when stepped on. Bosses and holes (12, 13) are provided on the edges of the flat body to allow a unit to be connected to a next one. <IMAGE> |
