PURPOSE:To produce a resin applied member capable of being brought into contact with other metal member airtightly without using a seal material by a reduced number of manufacturing processes. CONSTITUTION:Two members 111, 112 having the same shape are opposed each other and a resin pipe 120 is arranged between two members. Both side ends of the resin pipe are closed and two members and the resin pipe are brought to a mutual close contact state. High pressure air is supplied into the resin pipe to expand the resin side to font resin layers to the insides of two members 2. Two members are cut off along the opposed surfaces thereof. Since the number of the manufacturing processes of a resin applied member can be reduced and a mold for forming a resin layer is unnecessary, manufacturing cost can be reduced. Further, the resin layer can be used as a seal material. |
