PURPOSE:To provide a tire vulcanizer capable of performing the vertical elevation of a mold by a crank mechanism, and also increasing the distance of elevation. CONSTITUTION:The tire vulcanizer is equipped with a base 1 for supporting a lower mold 4, side frames on both sides of the base 1, guides 22 provided on the side frames 2, a top slide 3 for sliding along the guides 22 and holding an upper slide 5, and a crank mechanism 8 for elevating the top slide 3, wherein the crank mechanism 8 is formed on the end of a lever 15 having a circular movement crank fulcrum 16 secured on a rotator 11. The power points 17 of the crank fulcrum 16 and top slide 3 are connected by a rink 18, and by making the lever 15 longer irrespective of the size of the rotor 11, the stroke of the crank movement is also rendered longer. |
