PURPOSE:To impart a water repellent characteristic without deterioration of reflection preventive characteristic. CONSTITUTION:The reflection preventive layer whose outmost layer is MgF2 layer is formed on a glass substrate, and the adhesive layer consisting of SiO2 having <=5nm optical film thickness is formed on the reflection preventive layer, and the water repellent layer consisting of fluorine containing silicon having <=5nm optical film thickness is formed thereon to form the reflection preventive layer. The adhesion of the water repellent layer is improved by the adhesive layer, and because the adhesive layer and the water repellent layer has <=5nm film thickness, it has no influences on the reflection preventive characteristic of the reflection preventive layer. |
