Method for recycling plastics with a view to obtaining thin plates or blocks, comprising the successive steps below: a) dissolving the plastic waste in a solvent until a thick paste which does not flow when the receptacle containing it is inverted is obtained, b) heating the paste, in the said receptacle, in a wave emitter apparatus permitting a very fast temperature rise up to a temperature of the order of 250 to 300 DEG C, with recovery of the solvent, c) placing the receptacle under a press which is actuated so as to exert a small pressure on the contents of the receptacle, with a view to extracting the bubbles contained in the paste, d) cooling the container to room temperature. |
