The remote controller includes a micro computer for controlling the remote control function, a key board formed in a radio detector and operation panel is connecte to an input part of the micro computer, a radio transmission part for transmitting a modulated sound signal and detection signal, a buzzer sound generating part for indicating the call condition from outside, and an infrared-ray transmitting part for transmitting the air-conditional controlling signal, which are connected to the output part of the micro computer.
