A microporous reinforced expanded PTFE vascular graft (10) in which the reinforcing structure (14) is substantially identical in porosity to the body of the graft. The graft (10) is characterized by a microporous expanded PTFE tubular graft wall (12) and integral and monolithic expanded PTFE rib structures (14) with a porosity or density substantially identical to that of the tubular graft wall (12). |
