In a device for accommodating at least one sonographic probe (12) for adjustment thereof and fixing on the skull of a patient, with a frame (10a) which can be attached thereon and on which the probe (12) rests in an adjustable manner in a probe bearing (44), the frame (10a) resembles spectacles in that it has a nose piece (55) and a pair of retaining brackets (16a) adjoining the nose piece, two step-like support tongues (38, 38a) being mounted so as to be rotatable and longitudinally displaceable on each retaining bracket (16a) and being connected to one another on one end by a yoke (42) articulated on them, the yoke being part of the probe bearing (44). The distance between nose-piece (55), on the one hand, and plug-like transverse pins (22) for fixing in the ears, on the other hand, is variable.
