<p>PURPOSE:To provide a number of fields detecting means to cope with a plurality of conveyance systems. CONSTITUTION:An image recording device comprises an automatic paper feed and manual paper feed conveyance system to convey a number of fields; and field sensors 22a, 22b, 22c, 22d, and 22e serving as a plurality of field detecting means which are arranged in a direction crossing the conveyance direction of the conveyance system at right angles and detects a field S1 or S2 to control operation of a member (a shutter member) to set a time when information on the field S1 or S2 is recorded. The field sensors 22a-22d double as a count sensor serving as a number of fields detecting means to detect the number of fields by the single field sensor. The position of the count sensor is switched according to the respective conveyance systems (the filed S1 or S2).</p> |
