A combination of light and a photo-electric cell are used to assess the dye translucency, and a temp. control to maintain even dye temp. are provided to give shade dyeing. The translucency readings direct the injection of fresh dye into the system, and the temp. control ensures consistent dyeing and even absorbtion into the fabric. |
