Disclosed are adenosine derivatives of general formula (I), wherein R1 is H, halogen, lower alkyl, lower O-alkyl, lower S-alkyl or phenyl group, while this substituent can be connected to 2-, 4-, 5-, 6- or 7-position of indole part; n is an integral number from 0 to 4; R2 has different meaning specified in description; R3 and R4 are same or different and represent H or lower alkyl; and R5 is -NHR11, wherein R11 is lower alkyl, C3-C7cycloalkyl, lower alkyl containing alcohol or ether function group or also is -(CH2)n-NR9R10, wherein R9 and R10 independently are lower alkyls or together with nitrogen atom, to which they are bonded, they make heterocyclic group. These compound has therapeutic effect, particularly analgesic and antihypertensive. Disclosed is also preparation method for the said compounds and pharmaceutical composition containing these compounds.
