摘要 |
The thermocouple is composed of semiconductor material with a p-type conducting arm of chromium disilicide and an n-type conducting arm of beta-iron disilicide. Pref. beta-iron disilicide is doped with Co and has the formula: Fe1-xCoXSi2, Pref. x = 0.03-0.07. Pref. x = 0.05. Pref. one of the thermocouple arms at the hot contact binding bridge consists of highly doped iron disilicide. Pref. one of the arms at the hot contact binding-bridge consists of chromium disilicide. Pref. the thermocouple is used in a gas-heated thermoelectric generator. Advantage lies in much increased efficiency. |
