METHOD FOR MAKING A COATING STEEL SHEET WITH EXCELLENT COATING ADHESIVITY, WORKBAILITY AND CORROSION RESISTANCE

(i) degreasing Zn-Ni electroplated steel plate; (ii) chromating the degreased steel plate with a coating weight of 20-60 mg/m3; (iii) forming the lower painting layer with the epoxy resin coating and baking the painted steel plate; and (iv) forming the upper painting layer of polyester resin coating and baking the painted steel plate. The steel plate has excellent paint adhesion, workability and corrosion resistance.
