The filter has a 2 step structure for 8 times the over sampling rate. The filter includes a coefficient saving means which stores N and M numbers counted data, a 1st data saving means which stores input data, 1st and 2nd counting means which read the save number data, a multiplication means which multiplies the output data of the counting means and coefficients, an addition means which outputs multiplication result sum data, and a 2nd data saving means which stores the added result data of the addition means.
