PURPOSE:To obtain a uniformly finished dry state by automatically setting an operating time ratio of a forward ventilation operation with a reverse ventilation operation in response to a ratio of a value obtained by dividing a one side dehumidified amount by one side weight reduction ratio to a value obtained by dividing the other side dehumidified amount by the other side weight reduction ratio. CONSTITUTION:Dry air A can be ventilated from one side to the other or vice versa of a storage chamber 2 by forwardly or reversely operating a fan 3 to ventilate the chamber 2 containing two trucks 1L, 1R which place to contain objects to be dried such as materials of shredded Japanese white radish at a plurality of upper and lower stages aligned at one side and the other side.
