<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a manufacturing method for a color filter using a hologram with high diffracting efficiency and a high quality in which unnecessary interference fringes or the like can be removed, and a hologram and photosensing plate or the like. CONSTITUTION:In the manufacture of the color filter using a single or plural superimposed holograms or the multiple-recorded holograms arranged on the back-light incident side of a liquid crystal display device which applys a back- light from the back, and operates color display, which disperses the incident back-light, and makes it incident on a corresponding liquid crystal cell or a color filter cell in a corresponding color, a reflection preventing plate 20 is arranged on the photographic light incident side of a hologram photosensing layer 8 at the time of hologram photographing, so that the hologram with the high quality and the high diffracting efficiency in which the unnecessary interference fringes due to the multiple reflection of photographic light 10 and 11 can be removed can be obtained.</p> |
