PURPOSE:To reduce tan delta and ESR in a solid electrolytic capacitor which employs a conductive high molecular compound as the solid electrolyte. CONSTITUTION:Power is mixed into conductive high molecular compound, and the surface of solid electrolyte is turned rugged to be enlarged in surface area, whereby solid electrolyte and a graphite layer (cathode conductor layer) 6 are enhanced in mechanical adhesive power. Solid electrolyte is of laminated structure composed of an inner conductive polypyrrole layer 3 and an outer conductive polypyrrole layer 4 in contact with a graphite layer 6, and powder 5 is mixed into the outer conductive polypyrrole layer 4. Powder 5 is mixed with at least either an oxidizing agent solution or a pyrrole monomer solution at the formation of the outer conductive polypyrrole layer 4, whereby the outer conductive polypyrrole layer 4 is formed containing the power 5. Or, Powder 5 is spread over the inner conductive polypyrrole layer 3 before the outer conductive polypyrrole layer 4 is formed, and then the outer conductive polypyrrole layer 4 is formed. |
