<p>PURPOSE:To simultaneously test plural devices by one test device. CONSTITUTION:A packet means 21 generates packet data by adding a packet header to each of continuous random patterns, and a highway demultiplex means 22 demultiplexes respective generated packet data into plural input highways. A packet multiplexing means 32 multiplexes each packet data supplied from plural output highways into one highway, a depacket means 31 extracts the random pattern from respective packet data multiplexed by the packet multiplexing means 32, and an error detecting means 7 detects the error of the random pattern extracted by the depacket means 31. Thus, a device 6 can be tested.</p> |
