METHOD OF MANUFACTURING PISTON OF INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE

The method for manufactuing a pistom, enables to fix the salt core for forming the cooling-oil path in the piston head in the casting process. The method is composed of forming the through hole for inserting a stationery pin of which upper diameter is larger than the lower diameter; inserting the stationery pin to the through hole and fixing the stationery pin with the support pin; attaching the fixed structure to the mould.
