A coin-operated gaming machine possesses a U-shaped frame which is mounted movably in the housing and on the frame legs of which are mounted the modules of the coin system which consist of the coin entry, coin tester, coin distributor with coin-guide devices and coin pay-out unit with coin stacking tubes. The side walls of the housing of the lowest module consisting of the coin pay-out unit with coin stacking tubes are provided at their lower edges with recesses, via which the coin pay-out unit can be placed so as to be outwardly and inwardly pivotable onto a transverse shaft connecting the frame legs. A locking device is provided for releasably locking the coin pay-out unit in the pivoted-in position. In order to avoid an unintentional emptying of the coin stacking tubes and avoid the coin pay-out unit falling out after a release of the locking device as well as a pivoting of the coin pay-out unit, the housing of the module of the coin pay-out unit with coin stacking tubes is provided with lateral projections above the recesses and the frame legs are provided with cutouts having outer flanks ascending obliquely outwards, so that the housing can be inserted obliquely into the frame from above, can be pivoted into its locking position and is supported, in its unlocked position pivoted outwards, on the flanks of the cutouts via the projections.
