An inflatable child seat for use in motor vehicles, has at least two air chambers 2, 14, 9, 8, 10, and is adapted to be folded up when the air chambers have been evacuated to form a suitcase-like body (1, Fig.1). The seat can be fixed in this folded position by means of a releasable fastener (4). One half of the suitcase-like body forms an air chamber representing an inflatable cushion 2 and the other half contains air chambers forming side parts 8, a backrest 9, a head restraint 10 and a tray 13. <IMAGE> |
