<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate special purpose connector, installment area of the connector on substrates and installation work of the connector by using a clipping terminal for connecting the substrates for also a connector of an image device. CONSTITUTION:An LED array L1 is sandwiched by substrates 2, 30 and connected to the substrate 2 by flip chip bonding. The substrates 2 and 30 are connected and fixed by a clipping terminal 58 and the tip of the clipping terminal 58 is extended so as to make a connector 54.</p> |
