PURPOSE:To mount an air conditioner in ceiling without spoiling the fireproof construction of a building and improve the installation work of the air conditioner. CONSTITUTION:A fireproof box 31 has walls covering the periphery of an air conditioner main body, except the underside, and a ceiling decoration board 27 and plaster boards 28 and 30 are cut out so that the fireproof box 31 comes in close contact with the boards, and the air conditioner is mounted in the fireproof box 31 after a partition is provided between the first and second floors. |
