PURPOSE:To provide an implant for osteogenesis contg. a recombination human bone induction factor (rhBMP). CONSTITUTION:This implant is composed of the rhBMP and a carrier consisting of at least one kind among atherocollagen, a polymer or copolymer of a lactic acid and/or glycolic acid or a block copolymer of the polymer or copolymer of the lactic acid and/or glycolic acid and a polyethylene glycol. As a result, the implant has an excellent osteogenetic ability even with Primates with which osteogenesis is considered to hardly take place. |
