<p>The procedure comprises, in succession, at least the following operating stages: a) feeding single strips of rectilinear pasta elements, resulting from the cutting operation on a sheet of fresh pasta and suspending each strip on a mobile horizontal support having smaller dimensions than the length of the strip in such a way that said strip arranges itself astride the support with the ends hanging downwards from each side of the support itself; b) engaging selectively and successively each edge hanging from the strip of pasta with respective forming belts arranged facing reciprocally and horizontally translatable for folding said ends one on the other under the support in skein form; c) extracting the support from the skein formed and depositing the latter in a respective tray placed below the forming belts.</p> |
