LASER THERAPEUTICAL DEVICE

PURPOSE:To provide a laser therapeutical device which can make effective treatment of an affected part by irradiating the part with a laser beam having a wavelength corresponding to the characteristics of a photosensitive substance and the YAG laser fundamental wave through the use of an endoscope. CONSTITUTION:A laser therapeutical device concerned comprises a YAG laser oscillator 28 to oscillate the YAG laser fundamental wave, a YAG laser second higher harmonic generator 31 to generate the YAG laser second higher harmonic from the YAG laser fundamental wave, and a YAG laser third higher harmonic generator 34 to generate the YAG laser third higher harmonic from the YAG laser fundamental wave. The arrangement further includes a photo-parametric oscillator 38 to generate a laser beam having a wavelength corresponding to the characteristics of a photosensitive substance from the YAG laser third higher harmonic and an endoscope 5 to irradiate an affected part with the YAG laser fundamental wave with both the laser beam generated from this oscillator 38 and the YAG laser fundamental wave oscillated from the above- mentioned YAG laser oscillator 28.
