<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a resin molded product prevented from the peeling of an inorg. oxide membrane and generating no lowering of gas barrier properties by providing an anchor coating layer on the surface of a molded product composed of a modified olefinic resin wherein the concn. of the constitutional unit based on an unsaturated carboxylic acid in a modified olefinic resin is a specific value, and forming the inorg. oxide membrane on the anchor coating layer. CONSTITUTION:In a modified olefinic resin obtained by modifying an olefinic resin by subjecting the same to a graft reaction with an alpha, beta-ethylenic unsaturated carboxylic acid, the concn. of the constitutional unit based on the unsaturated carboxylic acid of the modified olefinic resin is set to 0.01-10wt.%. When the concn. of the constitutional unit is less than the range of 0.01-10wt.%, the bonding force with an inorg. oxide membrane is insufficient and, even when the concn. of the constitutional unit is more than the range of 0.01-10wt.%, the enhancement of the bonding force is not obtained. The modified olefinic resin is molded into a film sheet, container or box like shape by extrusion or injection molding. An anchor coating layer is provided on the surface of this molded product and an inorg. oxide thin film is formed on the anchor coating layer under vacuum within a high frequency induction heating type vapor deposition machine to form a vapor deposition inorg. oxide membrane.</p> |
