PURPOSE:To obtain an air ventilation unit which has a simple construction and prevents the temperature distribution in a room equipped with a floor air outlet type air conditioner from becoming uneven. CONSTITUTION:A ceiling is build by combining air ventilation units 20. The air ventilation unit 20 has a top panel 22 that faces the inside of a room and has air vent holes 22a. A liftable plate 22a is provided parallel with the outdoor side of the top panel 22 and the distance between the liftable plate 22a and the top panel 22 is variable. The liftable panel 24 has air vent holes 24a that are arranged at positions horizontally slipping a little out of the places of the opposite air holes 22a of the top panel 22. Lifting members 26 using shape memory alloy are arranged between the top panel 22 and the liftable panel 24. The lifting member 26 is flat in shape as shown in the figure (a) when the room temperature is low, so that the ventilation rate is low as the liftable panel 24 cones close to the top panel 22. On the other hand, when the room temperature is high, it turns into a form having an arc-shaped cross section as shown in the figure (b), so that the ventilation rate becomes high as the liftable panel 24 comes away from the top panel 22. |
