PURPOSE:To obtain a heat-shrinkable stretch sheet or tape having a rubber function and used in the application to cuffs of clothes or the like, a wrist, an ankle, open parts of bags, and the like. CONSTITUTION:A sheet made of an uncrosslinked rubber copolymer is cooled after being oriented under heat, whereby two or more kinds of crystalline components are present in the polymer. The crystalline components fix the rubber copolymer like a plastic. By again heating the sheet, at least one of the crystalline components is eliminated, and the sheet is shrunk. In this manner, a stretchability at an ordinary temperature is imparted. |
