PURPOSE:To remove a staple jointing each end of fastener chains at high speed and perfectly and to butt each end of chains level so that the seam does not swell on the surface of the chain and to make a marking process on the spot butted and to detect a stain or a flaw on the surface of fastener, tape and to make a marking process on this spot. CONSTITUTION:A detecting means 3 detects the position which a fastener chain 1 is butted and a flawed spot on the surface of a tape automatically and a cutting means 9 cuts a chain at the front and the rear of a staple 2 corresponding to the command from the controlling device. Then, each end of the tapes is butted at the position cut and both sides of them are pasted and fixed with an adhisive film 13 having metal surface by an adhesive film paste means 12 automatically. Further, each end of chains is butted and the adhesive film 13 functions as a marking device at the same time. |
