<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the regassification of reacted salts, to reduce the charging amt. of a-chemical agent and to prevent the formation of a molten salt or the rising of the m.p. of ash, in the melting treatment of fly ash and main ash collected along with salts formed by supplying a chemical agent containing calcium hydroxide, by washing fly ash with water to remove salts before supplying same to an ash melting furnace. CONSTITUTION:In a washing device 11 washing the fly ash collected from the dust collector 4 and temp. control tower provided on the side of an incinerator, a part of salts and heavy metals contained in the fly ash is dissolved in water to be removed. The waste water discharged from the washing device 11 is treated within a waste water treatment device 12 to be discharged. The fly ash from which salts are removed in the washing device 11 is dried by a dryer 13 to be supplied to an ash melting furnace 2 along with main ash to be melted. Low b.p. heavy metals scattered by melting are collected by the dust collector 8 on the side of the melting furnace and treated with a chemical agent in a dust solidifying device 9 to be solidified.</p> |
