<p>PURPOSE:To release the network congestion by prohibiting the broadcast of the 1st device when the 2nd device performs the broadcast. CONSTITUTION:A 1st device 41 makes a broadcast (including an originating call), it inquires whether or not a 2nd device 42 is in the broadcast and when it is in the broadcast, it prohibits the broadcast of the device 41. Thus, the simultaneous broadcast between the devices 41 and 42 is prevented and the network congestion by the system itself is released. The network load distribution device may be provided in the device 41 or it may be provided on both the devices 41 and 42 to make a mutual monitoring. A local network may be used for the communication for inquiry and a packet exchange network 40 may be used. Thus, the device is constructed to prevent the simultaneous broadcast in plural devices under the control of the same packet exchange and the network congestion by the system can be released.</p> |
