PURPOSE:To provide the data write and check system in which data write to a radio receiver and the check of the data are surely executed automatically contactlessly externally. CONSTITUTION:A radio receiver 200 having a storage function of received data is provided with a mixer 36 converting a reception frequency fR into an intermediate frequency fI and with a local oscillator 39 able to modulate a local oscillating frequency fL, and in the case of writing data, a radio equipment 100 writes data by the reception frequency fR and in the case of checking stored data, a leakage radio wave of a local oscillation signal fL modulated by the local oscillator 39 based on the stored data is received by the radio equipment. Or in the case of checking stored data, the radio equipment outputs a non- modulation reception frequency fR and receives a leakage radio wave of the intermediate frequency signal fI converted by the mixer based on the modulated local oscillation signal fL by the local oscillator 39 and the received unmodulated reception frequency fR according to the stored data in the radio receiver 200. Or in the case of writing data, the radio equipment writes data to the radio receiver by the intermediate frequency fI.
