CONTINUOUS METHOD FOR THE PREPARATION OF PASTE-LIKE MATERIAL

The method includes, under no-vacuum conditions and at 90 to 120°F, the formation of a first homogenous suspension of at least one anhydrous solvent and gelatination agent or thickener, the formation of a second low viscosity homogenous suspension in no-vacuum conditions and at 90 to 130°F, and the formation of low viscosity mixture from the first and second low viscosity suspension by high speed mixing under no-vacuum conditions and at 90 to 130°F for 0.1 to 5 sec. The low viscosity mixture is converted into a non-Newtonian mixture under no-vacuum condition and mixing at 65 to 120°F. The non-Newtonian mixture is deaerated under vacuum condition for a period less than 3 sec. until the formation of paste-like material.
