<p>PURPOSE:To provide an air bag testing device excellent in rising characteristics, capable of constituting a control system of a low pressure operation fluid, also easy to alter jet characteristics if necessary and capable of performing various tests. CONSTITUTION:A control cylinder 16 communicating with a pressure accumulation cylinder filled with a test fluid through a communication passage 25 is provided and a fluid jet orifice 21 is formed on one end of the cylinder 16 and the opening and closing of the communication passage 25 is controlled by the trigger piston 18 provided in the pressure accumulation cylinder 11 to inject the high pressure operation fluid in the pressure accumulation cylinder 11 to an air bag 24 from the fluid jet orifice 21 through an imitation inflator 23. By this constitution, the trigger piston 18 can be controlled by another low pressure operation fluid different from the test fluid and wt. and inertial force are reduced to improve operation characteristics. Further, a flow rate adjusting means is provided to the control fluid discharge port 36 of the trigger piston 18 and an operation speed is variously adjusted to change jet characteristics.</p> |
