<p>Hollow die for orally blown glass object mfr. consists of two sets of connected arched or angular metal plates which are connected by at least two pref. three stay bolts each, onw hich are packed between the plates metal plates with the die profile, clamping being effected by wingnuts applying pressure on the stays. The top plate assembly is provided with handles for opening and closing of the die. The die assembly is quickly put together and the use of stacked profiled plates permits cheap die making.</p> |
