PURPOSE:To enable a mail receiver to take the mail which is processed according to the contents and the form by processing the form of the mail in an original mail storage means according to the information by referring to the information which is indicated by the receiver. CONSTITUTION:The receiver, when he takes out the electric mail, gives an indication to take out the electric mail from a mail takeout part 16 to a mail control part 14. The mail control part 14 which accepts the indication indicates a mail processing part 15 to process the corresponding mail. The mail processing part 15 refers to the information of a part 13 which holds the receiver's will and processes the form of the mail in an original mail storage part 11 according to the information. When the process is ended, the mail is sent to a mail display part 17 and is displayed in the form according to the user's will. |
