PURPOSE:To enhance the mechanical strength and the sliding characteristic of a moving body by a method wherein the moving body is formed integrally of a composite plastic material and of a rigid composite plastic material and a part of the composite plastic material is brought into pressure contact with a fixed body. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic motor 10 is formed to be nearly ring-shaped, and it is constituted of a fixed body 2 which is brought into pressure contact, of a moving body 3 and of a piezoelectric body 1. The moving body 3 is constituted of a frictional contact part 5 and of a motive-power transmission part 4. The frictional contact part 5 is formed of a composite plastic material (WP) in which a carbon fiber or the like has been synthesized with a fluororesin or the like. The motive-power transmission part 4 is formed of a rigid composite platic material (HP) in which a carbon fiber or the like has been synthesized wish polyphenylene sulfide or the like. In addition, an adhesive or the like is not formed between the motive-power transmission part 4 and the frictional contact part 5. Alternatively, as a method for integrating the WP with the HP, the different materials are injection-molded by an exclusive two-color injection molding machine. |
