发明名称 METHOD OF MANUFACTURING HIGH PERMEABILITY OXIDE MAGNETIC MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To avoid the evaporation of Zn from a surface layer for manufacturing the products in high permeability by a method wherein an Mn-Zn base ferrite molded body is contained in a vessel made of ZnO-Al2O3 base mixed oxide to be sintered later at high temperature. CONSTITUTION:An Mn-Zn base ferrite molded body 4 mainly comprising Fe2O3, MnO and ZnO is arranged in a frame 1 made of ZnO-Al2O3 base mixed oxide to be covered with a platelike lid 2 made of ZnO-Al2O3 base mixed oxide of the same composition as that of the frame 1 to be sintered at high temperature leaving the contained state intact. At this time, the applicable frame 1 as a vessel and the lid 2 contain about 10-40wt.% of Zn. Through these procedures, the evaporation of Zn from the surface layer can be avoided thereby enabling the title oxide magnetic material in high initial permeability exceeding 10,000 to be manufactured at low cost.
