<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of damage to a tape by braking a reel base on a tape returning side and reducing a tension applied to the tape at the time of unloading. CONSTITUTION:A braking mechanism is installed on a supply reel base 7 for supplying the tape 4 at a playback time. In the case of loading the tape 4 on a cylinder 6, a takeup reel base 8 is locked, and the brake is applied to the supply reel base 7. And also, in the case of unloading the tape 4, a weak brake is applied to the supply reel base 7 by the braking mechanism. When the rewinding torque is applied to the supply reel base 7 in such a state, the tension of the tape 4 being on the way of rewinding is reduced, so that the tape 4 is stably guided by a tape pull-out means including tape pull-out posts 19 and 20 and inclined posts 25 and 26.</p> |
