CURVATURE CORRECTING CIRCUIT FOR VOLTAGE REFERENCE

PURPOSE: To obtain a correction circuit for supplying error correction voltage for voltage reference. CONSTITUTION: Voltage reference 11 supplies a reference voltage within a prescribed temperature extent. The voltage reference before its correction has the peak value at the temperature of T0 within the prescribed temperature extent. A 1st circuit 13 generates a correction current. A zero current is supplied at the temperature of T0 by the 1st circuit 13. A 2nd circuit 14 receives the correction current and supplies the same sense of an output current in one direction or above and below the temperature of T0 . A means which corresponds to the output current of the 2nd circuit 14 generates voltage added reference voltage above and below the temperature of T0 .
