PURPOSE:To simultaneously measure an alpha-ray and a beta-ray even when an alpha-ray measuring energy region is very higher than a beta-ray measuring energy region. CONSTITUTION:A radiation detector has two types of scintillators 11, 12 for generating lights having different wavelengths upon introducing of first and second radioactive rays, and photo-electric converting means 13, 14 for converting the lights having the different wavelengths to electric pulse signals, and comprises dimming means 15 for dimming an incident amount of the light corresponding to the first radioactive ray of lights incident to the means 13, 14.
