The invention relates to a spraying device (1) for road-surfacing materials, comprising a fixed and hollow arrangement (2, 3, 3) with at least one through-opening (7) for the surfacing material and at least one through-opening (8) for the cleaning medium, and comprising on its lower part a chamber (21) which leads into a diffusor (10), the invention also relating to an appliance which possesses such a spraying device (1). The invention is characterised in that the spraying device has, in addition, a movable hollow arrangement (13, 14, 15) which is arranged in the interior of the fixed arrangement and leads into the chamber (21) and has at least one inlet opening (16, 17) for the surfacing material and at least one inlet opening (18, 19) for the cleaning medium, these openings being arranged in such a way that the displacement of the movable arrangement in the fixed arrangement selectively brings the through-opening or the through-openings (7) for the surfacing materials into coincidence with the inlet opening or the inlet openings (16, 17) for the surfacing materials or, hereupon, the through-opening or the through-openings (8) for the cleaning medium into coincidence with the inlet opening or the inlet openings (18, 19) for the cleaning medium.
