The method of the invention consists in providing on the blanket (4) of the printing machine, at the locations where the perforating rules are bearing, counter-bearing bands, made of flexible but resistant material, said bands being secured temporarily to the surface of the blanket (4) by means of an adhesive coating applied to one of their faces. The invention avoids a premature wear of the blanket. |
