The apparatus includes a mixing device (50) for mixing the sublimable media with compressed gas, which mixing device (501) includes a lower section (71) having an outlet port (118) formed therein and an upper section (74) positioned over the lower section and having two sublimable media inlet ports (142, 143) and a compressed gas inlet port (144).
